Yes, we will make every effort to accommodate your dental emergency the same-day so that you can continue your life without disruption. We ask that our emergency walk-in patients be understanding as they’ll be seen after our regularly scheduled patients’ appointments.
What if I don't have dental insurance or my insurance is out-of-network?
We will never refuse a patient because of insurance.
Our billing team will submit your insurance claim and make sure you get the most out of your coverage, regardless of network status. If your dental insurance has no out-of-network benefits, our team will work with you one-on-one to work out a customized plan to fit the treatment you need into your budget.
No worries, we can still see you with or without insurance. You can take advantage of our new patient specials and in-house discount membership as well as our no-interest financing options. Please feel free to ask us about them when you call at 718-383-0024.
How long will my first dental cleaning appointment last?
Your first dental cleaning appointment will take up to an hour to complete. You can save time by completing your new patient forms before you arrive.
What should I do if I require premedication?
As of 2017, ADA and AHA recommend antibiotic prophylaxis only to patients who have had prior orthopedic implant (total joint replacement), infective endocarditis, prosthetic heart valve, congenital heart disease, and cardiac transplant recipients who develop cardiac valvulopathy. If any of those medical conditions applies to you, please check with your physician for premedication before you come in.
