Dasha Andrushchanka, RDH, is a registered dental hygienist who is highly skilled in fluoride treatments, prophylaxis, soft tissue management, scaling and root planning, as well as producing digital x-rays. At Brooklyn City Dental in the Greenpoint area of Brooklyn, she strives to build long-term relationships with her patients.
Dasha earned her Associate of Science in dental hygiene from Plaza College in Forest Hills, New York, and was a member of Alpha Sigma Lambda. She is certified in local anesthesia infiltration and nitrous oxide as well as CPR.
Prior to joining the team at Brooklyn City Dental, Dasha worked as a dental assistant and receptionist at private practices in New York City. She also served as a student dental hygienist at Plaza College Community Dental Clinic, where she provided education and treatment to the community and received hands-on training in advanced periodontal instrumentation.
To serve a diverse patient population, she is fluent in both English and Russian.
