MetLife Coverage Availability & Fees
While most MetLife Dental Insurance plans vary by policyholder, they generally follow the same format:
- 100% coverage on preventive care such as preventive check-ups and cleanings.
- 70% to 80% coverage on restorative treatments including restorations like tooth-colored fillings.
- 50% coverage on major restorative procedures, including dental crowns, dentures, and dental bridges.
